🍪 How fresh are the cookies?
Every order is baked fresh just for you! We bake and dispatch within 2 business days of your order being placed.

📦 How long do they stay fresh?
Up to 7 days at room temperature in an airtight container. Keep them in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.

🚚 Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship across South Africa with tracked delivery. You'll receive your tracking number once your order is on its way.

🎁 Can I mix flavours in my box?
Absolutely! Choose our 2-2-2 Mix Box (2 of each flavour) or use our Build Your Own Box option. Just leave your flavour combination in the order notes at checkout.

⚠️ Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Our cookies currently contain gluten, dairy, and eggs, and are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please contact us at hello@crumblys.co.za for specific queries.
